LAUNCH 1M — HONEST GAIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome, and thank you so much for your interest in Launch 1M ("Community Owner," "we," or "us") and our online community, along with any mobile or other downloadable applications that we make available to enable access to the same (collectively, the "Community"). These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and Community Owner regarding your use of the Community. You are about to see some big changes in your life and business - we're so excited for you! Feel free to email info@honestgain.com with any questions you may have about this agreement. 


ELIGIBILITY.

You must be at least 18 years old to join the Community or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 18 years old or you are at least 13 years old and have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian to join the Community; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Community; and (c) your registration and your use of the Community is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

PROGRAM DETAILS

LAUNCH 1M will be delivered via the Honest Gain Membership site. LAUNCH 1M requires a functioning computer or phone with audio and video capabilities to consume.

This program is held on a third party secure server and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the online content will be available at all times during the course of the program, but in the event that such content is not available in whole or in part at any time, or becomes corrupted, is deleted or is failed to be stored, we do not have liability in any circumstance.

OBLIGATIONS

We warrant you that the program materials purchased from us is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which the program is supplied. You acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed by and on behalf of us as part of us providing the program to you.

Dillon King is the owner of all the intellectual property rights and all rights in the program and all content within the program and nothing in these terms or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the intellectual property rights in the program or the content of the program to you or any other person.

You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way of the content or materials contained in the program. Unauthorized use of course content will be penalized with a $50,000USD fine. 

PAYMENT

The total price payable for the program is non-refundable. You are registering for life-time access to Launch 1M, for a one-time payment of $2,950 USD. If you so choose to add access to the 1M Coaching Group for $50 per month, you will get all Launch 1M membership perks, including:

  • Weekly live calls with Dillon, every Thursday morning starting at 9am EST, and lasting for a maximum of two hours.

  • Private Student Community access, including access to the Ask Dillon thread (where you can ask questions and get personalized responses from Dillon throughout the week).

All content will be released at once. No refunds once course content has been consumed.

COMMUNICATION

You accept that communication with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices via the membership site. You agree to this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any written requirement that such communications be in writing.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

United States Federal and South Carolina State law applies. In the case of lawsuit, HG gets attorney's fees and you agree to be sued near HG residence. 

TERMS AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate the contract due to serious or repeated breach or non-observance of any of the provision of these terms.

You agree that the contract constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersedes any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the provision of the program. We may vary these terms (other than the price payable by you for the program) as we see fit. If we do, we will notify you by email of the change of terms. Your continuation with the program will be deemed to be your acceptance of any new terms.  

LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you entering into the contract and/or us providing the program

If we are prevented from or delayed in performing our obligations by your act or omission or by any circumstance outside our control, we shall not be liable to you for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you that arise directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay. 

GUARANTEES

You recognize that HG will always have your best interest at heart and that with hard work and an open mind, you can make life-changing strides in your life towards your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent on your effort outside of the LAUNCH 1M program as well. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme — building a successful online business is difficult, and there are no guarantees that you will find success inside this program.
