30 DAY INTENSIVE — HONEST GAIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROGRAM DETAILS

The 30-DAY INTENSIVE includes one 90-Minute Strategy call (which will be delivered via a 90 Minute Zoom Session), 30 days of direct Voxer access to Dillon, and a 30-minute follow-up call 30 days after the initial strategy call.

This intensive is held on a third party secure network and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the content will be available to you during the course of the session, but in the event that such content is not available in whole or in part at any time, or becomes corrupted, is deleted or is failed to be stored, we do not have liability in any circumstance.

OBLIGATIONS

We warrant you that the session purchased from us is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which the session is supplied. You acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed by and on behalf of us as part of us providing the service to you.

You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way of the content or materials contained in the session. Unauthorized use of session content will be penalized with a $50,000USD fine. 

PAYMENT

The total price payable for the program is non-refundable. You are registering for one payment of $2200 for the 30-DAY INTENSIVE, which includes one 90-Minute Strategy Call, 30 days of Voxer access to Dillon, and a 30-minute follow-up call 30 days after the initial intensive. All content will be released at time of session. No refunds.

COMMUNICATION

You accept that communication with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices via the membership site. You agree to this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any written requirement that such communications be in writing.

Voxer Access: Dillon will respond personally within 48 business hours (M-F), but only to messages under 3 minutes in length. Voxer access is available for 30 days only (with your intensive call date being your first day of enrollment), and the dates may not be exchanged or used at a later time. At the end of the 30 days, all Voxer communication will be terminated.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

United States Federal and South Carolina State law applies. In the case of lawsuit, HG gets attorney's fees and you agree to be sued near HG residence. 

TERMS AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate the contract due to serious or repeated breach or non-observance of any of the provision of these terms.

You agree that the contract constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersedes any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the provision of the program. We may vary these terms (other than the price payable by you for the program) as we see fit. If we do, we will notify you by email of the change of terms. Your continuation with the program will be deemed to be your acceptance of any new terms.  

LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you entering into the contract and/or us providing the program

If we are prevented from or delayed in performing our obligations by your act or omission or by any circumstance outside our control, we shall not be liable to you for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you that arise directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay. 

GUARANTEES

You recognize that HG will always have your best interest at heart and that with hard work and an open mind, you can make life-changing strides in your life towards your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent on your effort outside of the 30-DAY INTENSIVE program as well.
