TRUSTED ADVISOR — HONEST GAIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROGRAM DETAILS

TRUSTED ADVISOR will be delivered via the Honest Gain Membership site.  1M INSIDER requires a functioning computer or phone with audio and video capabilities.

1M Insider is an ongoing coaching membership, which includes…

✅ Weekday Voxer access to Dillon — For as long as you remain a member, you will be able to communicate back and forth with Dillon on Voxer and get personalized feedback. Voxer is a walkie-talkie app, where you’ll be able to send and receive audio messages from Dillon throughout the week. All audio messages must be kept below 3 minutes in length each day. All audio messages will receive a reply from Dillon within 48 business hours.

✅ Weekday Email Access to Dillon — You will be able to send and receive coaching-related emails from Dillon throughout the week. All emails. will receive a reply from Dillon within 48 business hours.

✅ Loom Video Support — Responses via Voxer or email can include Loom videos for extra clarification and more accurate communication.

✅ Shared Ads Manager Access — You will be able to add Dillon to your Meta Ads Manager account with limited permissions, so that he can look at your ad campaigns with you and help you troubleshoot / improve performance.

✅ ANY topic is on the table during your time in this program (not purely limited to ad-related questions!).

All TRUSTED ADVISOR members will have access to all of these perks for as long as they remain a member. If a member chooses to not renew and terminates this contract, access to all LIVE support will also be terminated.

This program is held on a third party secure server and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the online content will be available at all times during the course of the program, but in the event that such content is not available in whole or in part at any time, or becomes corrupted, is deleted or is failed to be stored, we do not have liability in any circumstance.

OBLIGATIONS

We warrant you that the program materials and coaching sessions purchased from us is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which the program is supplied. You acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed by and on behalf of us as part of us providing the program to you.

Dillon King is the owner of all the intellectual property rights and all rights in the program and all content within the program and nothing in these terms or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the intellectual property rights in the program or the content of the program to you or any other person.

You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way of the content or materials contained in the program. Unauthorized use of course content will be penalized with a $50,000USD fine. 

PAYMENT

The total price payable for the program is non-refundable. You are registering for a recurring monthly payment of $300 USD for ongoing access to TRUSTED ADVISOR and everything included with the membership.

This program is a subscription. We will auto-draft each payment from the card on file.

An upcoming auto-draft must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled auto-draft to avoid the next draft.

All digital content will be released at once. All coaching sessions will be delivered according to clearly posted times and dates inside the Honest Gain Membership site. No refunds.

COMMUNICATION

You accept that communication with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices via the membership site. You agree to this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any written requirement that such communications be in writing.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

United States Federal and South Carolina State law applies. In the case of lawsuit, HG gets attorney's fees and you agree to be sued near HG residence. 

TERMS AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate the contract due to serious or repeated breach or non-observance of any of the provision of these terms.

You agree that the contract constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersedes any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the provision of the program. We may vary these terms (other than the price payable by you for the program) as we see fit. If we do, we will notify you by email of the change of terms. Your continuation with the program will be deemed to be your acceptance of any new terms.  

LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you entering into the contract and/or us providing the program

If we are prevented from or delayed in performing our obligations by your act or omission or by any circumstance outside our control, we shall not be liable to you for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you that arise directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay. 

GUARANTEES

You recognize that HG will always have your best interest at heart and that with hard work and an open mind, you can make life-changing strides in your life towards your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent on your effort outside of the TRUSTED ADVISOR program as well.
