AD MASTERY — MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

ADS MASTERY will be delivered via the Honest Gain Membership site and Honest Gain App. ADS MASTERY requires a functioning computer or phone with audio and video capabilities to consume.

This program is held on a third party secure server and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the online content will be available at all times during the course of the program, but in the event that such content is not available in whole or in part at any time, or becomes corrupted, is deleted or is failed to be stored, we do not have liability in any circumstance.

ADS MASTERY is a subscription program, so as long as you are subscribed you will get access to:

Tech Tutorials - Follow along to set up your account inside Ads Manager.
Strategy Videos - All the timeless strategies to start seeing real results in your ad campaigns.
Ad Library - Real ads from other ADS MASTERY members that are working right now — includes the ad creative, audience, analytics and commentary.
Community Newsfeed - Connect with other ADS MASTERY members in a Facebook Group-like community.
New Templates, Ad Strategies, and Tech Tutorials - You’ll have access to the most quality, up-to-date content available as the online advertising ecosystem evolves.

ADS MASTERY PRO will be delivered via the Honest Gain Membership site and Honest Gain App. ADS MASTERY PRO requires a functioning computer or phone with audio and video capabilities to consume.

ADS MASTERY PRO is an add-on subscription program available to all ADS MASTERY members. As long as you are subscribed, you will get access to:

One Workshop per month, with LIVE Coaching / Q&As to uplevel your ad campaigns together
One Personalized Ad Audit, where I’ll review under-performing ads, landing pages, and record a custom video with direct feedback and suggestions
The PRO Chat thread, where you’ll have direct access to me and your fellow PRO members throughout the week
Exclusive discounts on any future merch drops, live events, or digital products that may be brewing inside the Honest Gain camp

All ADS MASTERY PRO Workshops will be recorded, and you will have lifetime access to recordings. By joining ADS MASTERY PRO, you give us permission to automatically record each session without verbal consent on the live calls.

OBLIGATIONS

We warrant you that the program materials purchased from us is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which the program is supplied. You acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed by and on behalf of us as part of us providing the program to you.

Dillon King is the owner of all the intellectual property rights and all rights in the program and all content within the program and nothing in these terms or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the intellectual property rights in the program or the content of the program to you or any other person.

You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way of the content or materials contained in the program. Unauthorized use of course content will be penalized with a $50,000USD fine.

PAYMENT

ADS MASTERY is a membership, with a monthly membership fee of $89 USD per month -OR- an annual membership fee of $799 USD per year (which will be auto-drafted from the card on file for all members). Payments will be drafted on the day of the month which you started your subscription (ex. if you started your subscription on June 20, all future payments will be drafted on the 20th). You can cancel your subscription at any time.

ADS MASTERY PRO is an add-on membership (separate from the Ads Mastery membership price), with a monthly membership fee of $297 USD per month (which will be auto-drafted from the card on file for all members). Payments will be drafted on the day of the month which you started your subscription (ex. if you started your subscription on June 20, all future payments will be drafted on the 20th). You can cancel your subscription at any time.

No Refunds: All drafts are non-refundable — you must cancel your subscription before the next monthly payment is processed.

COMMUNICATION

You accept that communication with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices via the membership site. You agree to this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any written requirement that such communications be in writing.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

United States Federal and South Carolina State law applies. In the case of lawsuit, HG gets attorney's fees and you agree to be sued near HG residence.

TERMS AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate the contract due to serious or repeated breach or non-observance of any of the provision of these terms.

You agree that the contract constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersedes any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the provision of the program. We may vary these terms (other than the price payable by you for the program) as we see fit. If we do, we will notify you by email of the change of terms. Your continuation with the program will be deemed to be your acceptance of any new terms.

LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you entering into the contract and/or us providing the program

If we are prevented from or delayed in performing our obligations by your act or omission or by any circumstance outside our control, we shall not be liable to you for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you that arise directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.

GUARANTEES

You recognize that HG will always have your best interest at heart and that with hard work and an open mind, you can make life-changing strides in your life towards your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent on your effort outside of the ADS MASTERY program as well.
