COURSE MANAGER SPREADSHEET — PURCHASE DETAILS
COURSE MANAGER SPREADSHEET will be delivered via the Honest Gain Membership site and Honest Gain App. COURSE MANAGER SPREADSHEET requires a functioning computer or phone with audio and video capabilities to consume, as well as a Google Sheets account.
This program is held on a third party secure server and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the online content will be available at all times during the course of the program, but in the event that such content is not available in whole or in part at any time, or becomes corrupted, is deleted or is failed to be stored, we do not have liability in any circumstance.
COURSE MANAGER SPREADSHEET is a powerful Google Sheet document that can be used to run an entire info business every single month. It’s filled with dynamic formulas, and has several tabs & functions:
The Sales Tab - Track adspend and business expenses. Track new leads and purchases. See a conversion breakdown for all of your products each month. See a collection breakdown of the exact dollar amount each product brought in (pulled automatically from Stripe). See a new students breakdown for each product. Track receivables and future payments. Compare expected sales with actual sales.
The Ad Tracking Tab - Input basic ad metrics from inside Facebook’s Ads Manager each week, and formulas will compute the most important ad metrics for you to analyze.
The Ad Calculator - Input your programs (with price points, conversion rates), your ad budget, and your cost per result… And you’ll see what that translates to in sales. Useful for setting ad budgets, projecting sales, and nailing price points inside your funnels.
The Payments Tab - Connect with Stripe using Zapier, and you’ll automatically pull every single transaction from Stripe into the COURSE MANAGER SPREADSHEET. Extremely useful for tracking payments, and for important formulas in other tabs!
The Student Tally - Record names and email addresses for each new buyer, and see how much income you made this month and income you will make in future months from them.
Monthly Student Journals - A more detailed view of each buyer: what they have access to, what they’ve paid in lifetime sales, what they still owe you in accounts receivable, how long they’ve been on your email list, and any important live support dates.
You’ll also have access to four training videos, where Dillon will walk you through each tab of the spreadsheet and show you how to customize it for your specific online education business.
OBLIGATIONS
We warrant you that the program materials purchased from us is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which the program is supplied. You acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed by and on behalf of us as part of us providing the program to you.
Dillon King is the owner of all the intellectual property rights and all rights in the program and all content within the program and nothing in these terms or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the intellectual property rights in the program or the content of the program to you or any other person.
You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way of the content or materials contained in the program. Unauthorized use of course content will be penalized with a $50,000USD fine.
PAYMENT
COURSE MANAGER SPREADSHEET is a proprietary Google Sheet document, with a one-time of $189 USD.
There are no refunds available for this product. Once you copy the document for yourself, you’ll have lifetime ownership of it and can customize it for your business.
COMMUNICATION
You accept that communication with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices via the membership site. You agree to this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any written requirement that such communications be in writing.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
United States Federal and South Carolina State law applies. In the case of lawsuit, HG gets attorney's fees and you agree to be sued near HG residence.
TERMS AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate the contract due to serious or repeated breach or non-observance of any of the provision of these terms.
You agree that the contract constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersedes any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the provision of the program. We may vary these terms (other than the price payable by you for the program) as we see fit. If we do, we will notify you by email of the change of terms. Your continuation with the program will be deemed to be your acceptance of any new terms.
LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you entering into the contract and/or us providing the program
If we are prevented from or delayed in performing our obligations by your act or omission or by any circumstance outside our control, we shall not be liable to you for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you that arise directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.
GUARANTEES
You recognize that HG will always have your best interest at heart and that with hard work and an open mind, you can make life-changing strides in your life towards your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent on your effort outside of the COURSE MANAGER SPREADSHEET program as well.
