PRIVATE 1-1 VOXER COACHING — HONEST GAIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you so much for deciding to work with me directly inside this PRIVATE 1-1 VOXER COACHING program. You are about to see some huge changes in your life and business - I’m so excited for you! Feel free to email info@honestgain.com with any questions you may have about this agreement. 

PROGRAM DETAILS

The PRIVATE 1-1 VOXER COACHING program will be delivered via the Honest Gain Membership site, and the Voxer app. This program requires a functioning computer or phone with audio and video capabilities.

This program includes 90 days of direct Voxer access to me. You can expect timely responses from me, no longer than 48 business hours from when you send a message (however, typical response times are same-day). Saturday and Sundays are off days, with no promise of a response from me.

This program is held on a third party secure server and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the online content will be available at all times during the course of the program, but in the event that such content is not available in whole or in part at any time, or becomes corrupted, is deleted or is failed to be stored, we do not have liability in any circumstance.

OBLIGATIONS

We warrant you that the program materials and services purchased from us is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which the program is supplied. You acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed by and on behalf of us as part of us providing the program to you.

Dillon King is the owner of all the intellectual property rights and all rights in the program and all content within the program and nothing in these terms or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the intellectual property rights in the program or the content of the program to you or any other person.

You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way of the content or materials contained in the program. Unauthorized use of course content will be penalized with a $50,000USD fine. 

PAYMENT

The total price payable for the program is non-refundable. You are registering for one payment of $5,800 USD OR three monthly payments of $2,000 USD. You will receive instant access to my private Voxer account.

No refunds.

If any sum payable under these terms is not paid within 3 days of the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest or suspend the availability of the program until payment is made or contract is terminated.  We reserve the right to report failure to pay or chargebacks to credit reporting bureaus, and send your account to collections. 

COMMUNICATION

You accept that communication with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email and/or Voxer, or provide you with information by posting notices via the membership site. You agree to this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any written requirement that such communications be in writing.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

United States Federal and South Carolina State law applies. In the case of lawsuit, HG gets attorney's fees and you agree to be sued near HG residence. 

TERMS AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate the contract due to serious or repeated breach or non-observance of any of the provision of these terms.

You agree that the contract constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersedes any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the provision of the program. We may vary these terms (other than the price payable by you for the program) as we see fit. If we do, we will notify you by email of the change of terms. Your continuation with the program will be deemed to be your acceptance of any new terms.  

LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you entering into the contract and/or us providing the program

If we are prevented from or delayed in performing our obligations by your act or omission or by any circumstance outside our control, we shall not be liable to you for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you that arise directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay. 

GUARANTEES

You recognize that HG will always have your best interest at heart and that with hard work and an open mind, you can make life-changing strides in your life towards your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent on your effort outside of the PRIVATE 1-1 VOXER COACHING program as well.
